At SereinQueen Store, many of our clothing and wearable products are fulfilled through our trusted supplier partner, Trendsi. Because of this, eligible returns must follow our store policy and Trendsi’s return eligibility rules.

Please include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The return window begins on the day tracking shows the order was delivered. If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins after the final package is delivered.
Items approved for return must be shipped back within 7 days after the return request is submitted.

We may accept returns for eligible U.S. orders only if the item is:

In new condition

With original tags attached

In the original clear garment packaging with the SKU label
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your return is approved, we may issue a refund or store credit after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

International Orders
At this time, returns are only available for eligible U.S. orders.
Orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for return through our supplier’s return service.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
Free Shipping
SereinQueen Store offers free shipping on eligible customer orders.
Because shipping is free, customers are not charged a shipping fee at checkout. However, free shipping does not change the return eligibility rules.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged item, defective item, wrong item, or shipping error.
Returns that do not meet the required condition may be declined or may be subject to a restocking fee.
Do Not Send Items Back Without Approval
Please do not send any item back without starting a return request or contacting SereinQueen Store first.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected and may not be refunded.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you about whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment service to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not started processing, packing, or shipping.
Once an order is processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, colors, materials, shipping details, and store policies before placing an order.
We are not responsible for return requests caused by:
