We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel orders, or refuse service when necessary.

Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing, colors, materials, shipping details, and store policies before completing a purchase.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect customer information, including wrong shipping addresses, incorrect email addresses, or incomplete order details.

Free Shipping

SereinQueen Store offers free shipping on eligible customer orders.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, processing times, customs, supplier delays, or other events outside of our control.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Because many of our products are fulfilled through Trendsi, eligible returns must follow our store policy and Trendsi’s return eligibility rules.

We do not offer exchanges.

Items that are worn, washed, used, missing original tags, missing original packaging, outside the return window, or listed as final sale are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not started processing, packing, or shipping.

Once an order has started processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number, clear photos of the item, clear photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Do not throw away the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
