Some products may be fulfilled through our trusted supplier partner, Trendsi. Because of this, some orders may ship separately or arrive in multiple packages.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, your items may arrive in separate packages. This may happen when products are fulfilled from different locations or suppliers.

If you receive one package before the rest of your order, please allow additional time for the remaining items to arrive.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

SereinQueen Store is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

SereinQueen Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as shipped or delivered by the carrier.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.

Damaged Packages

Please keep the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available at checkout, delivery times may be longer due to customs, duties, taxes, inspections, or carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

International orders may not be eligible for returns through our supplier’s return service.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not started processing, packing, or shipping.

Once an order has started processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
